According to Mohajir Times: Sources say that eight Afghan citizens have been injured after Iranian border guards fired on Afghan migrants.
On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, sources say that a group of Afghan refugees were shot by Iranian border guards in the Saravan district of Sistan and Baluchistan province when they were trying to enter Iran by smuggling way.
According to the sources, these refugees were residents of Herat province in western Afghanistan. With the establishment of the Taliban group in Afghanistan, a large number of citizens go to Iran and Turkey using legal and often illegal routes due to economic, discrimination, and security problems, where they experience various incidents.
