Chronicle History as It Truly Is
Write about the suffering! The suffering of a group forced into isolation by the constraints of history and the extreme ideologies of those who adhere neither to god nor to demons

History is a collection of narratives! Yet, those who hold the pen, who write and narrate this land’s bitter and sweet tales, must be responsible and realistic in their accounts. They must write history with all the darkness it contains. Write about each instance of slaughter that is now devoid of avengers, where no one examines the layers of their massacre, and where people, with closed eyes, pass by their isolation without a glance.
Write about the pains swallowed so that they do not lead to the destruction of their bearers, where the gallows become their final resting place. Write about all the darkness and the dust of hatred that blankets these days so that in the future, these tales will serve as a reminder of how this land of sorrow was engulfed by darkness. How innocent people, with no fault of their own, became targets of bullets.
Write about the isolation. Isolation that is painful and distressing! Write about the cursed days and the dark, anxiety-filled nights, where sleeping peacefully becomes a miracle, as though performed by Jesus so that shadows with their rough faces and ghost-like appearances do not come in the night to drag you from your bed at gunpoint. The next day, your body is left to be scavenged by crows outside the city.
Write about the suffering! The suffering of a group forced into isolation by the constraints of history and the extreme ideologies of those who adhere neither to god nor to demons but who instead follow laws is more terrifying than demons’ horrors. They are cannibalistic specters that one cannot grapple with or engage in any logical dialogue.
Write and narrate the deprivation. In the future, these dark accounts on paper will witness the story of deprivation and crushing suffering. Narrating, of course, is not solely the responsibility of the writers; it includes all who witness history. Every individual in this society stands on the stage of history, seeing all these events through the eyes of time, and must narrate them.
Perhaps these narratives will serve as a beacon for a future that will save us from this treacherous path and stand as evidence of why such a regime should never be tolerated again. So, narrate so that injustice may be exposed even more in history and its hold may be broken.
