A Ten-Aged-Girl of Afghan Migrant Stabbed Her Playfellow to Death in Tehran
A 10-year-old Afghan girl, who was mentally and emotionally unstable and her phone was full of violent murder scenes, stabbed her co-star to death in the Masoudiyah district of Tehran
According to Mohajir Times, quoting Rokna: The hands showed 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2024, when a frightened young man from Afghanistan called the police emergency center 110 and told the operator: “A few hours ago, my 10-year-old daughter, under the pretext of playing-left the house and never came back. I am worried that something has happened to her. Please help me.”
Thus, the patrolling units of the police station started very soon, but the search in the streets of eastern Tehran was fruitless. Almost 3 hours later, the doorbell of the missing girl's house rang. Some children who were playing in the hills around Masoudiyah's area came across her bloody body. However, it didn't take long for the report of this horrible crime to spread quickly on the radios of the detectives of the 10th Intelligence Department of the Greater Tehran Police, and soon, a team of crime scene experts went to the scene of the incident in Masoudiyah hills of Tehran.
The cars of the police station, criminal police, and ambulance of the forensic medical examiner's car of the Tehran Criminal Affairs Prosecutor's Office arrived at the scene of the incident. A large crowd also gathered around the yellow security ring and were anxiously looking for new news about this horrible crime. The initial investigations of the police showed that multiple and brutal stabbings killed the girl. But this was while the place where the body was found was not far from the victim's house; according to this clue, the criminal detectives realized that a familiar murderer was also involved.
After the body of the victim was transferred to forensic medicine, intelligence measures and local investigations by the detectives of the 10th Department of Intelligence Police of Tehran began. In the first step, it was found that the victim was playing with the neighbor's 10-year-old daughter in front of their house a few hours before her body was discovered, and they left the neighborhood together. Further research showed that these two 10-year-old girls had been neighbors for three years and had a dispute with each other because of a cell phone as well.
Due to the sensitivity of the issue, a 10-year-old girl, who is not mentally and physically fit, was the target of the investigation. In her initial statements, she claimed that she dragged the victim to the Masoudiyah hills of Tehran with a previous plan under the pretext of playing and killed her with a knife.
In the investigations, criminal and violent videos were also found on the girl's mobile phone, which showed that she was constantly watching these movies, and in this way, she had a violent mood. According to Tasnim News, with the issuance of a legal order by the judicial authorities, the 10-year-old girl was sent to the 29th District Prosecutor's Office of Tehran “Special Juvenile Court” for the legal procedures of the case, and the investigation to uncover the hidden dimensions of the case is still ongoing.
